  Got them to do mudflaps on my new truck, did a poor job, used different sized screws on each side and weren't lined up even.Now it's going to cost me around 1500 $ to fix the mess and get it done properly...wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

  I had somewhat of an emergency with our suspension on our RV as we got to Coronach. I talked to the fellows at Big Muddy and they asked me to bring the unit at 1pm. (a mere 2 hours away!). When I arrived with the unit they took it straight inside. The four of us talked about the problem and what I thought was a possible solution (being a mechanic myself I had some thoughts). The three of them then proceeded to get under the unit and discuss a plan of attack to see if our discussion was even possible. They agreed to try what we thought was the only thing that may work (even though we all had our doubts simply because of the design of the suspension) and set to it. In just one hour they had completed the job, (and it worked!) and were ready to send us on our way. Being from "the Big City" I am used to labour rates of $135 per hour and above. Imagine my surprise when I found out I got the labour of three!!!!! mechanics for a solid hour for under $60!!!!!!!!!! I just want to say that rv has NEVER pulled that well even when it was brand new. Thanks to Big Muddy Off Road for putting our holiday back on track! The proof is in the pudding as they say. We are now 1000km away and our this problem has proven to be resolved!

  Also I would like to mention that Dallas at Marv's Tire gave us superior service as well. When I showed up after the mechanical repair for a tire he backed another unit out of the way to get at mine immediately. Thanks to both establishments for a job well done. Incidentally our visit to Marv's Tire also resulted in us getting an unscheduled tour to the Sam Kelly Outlaw caves tht we thought we would have to miss based on a time schedule that would not allow us to wait four days for a regularly scheduled tour. Many thanks to Ron for an outstanding tour!
